1. How large is your portfolio of cookies?
   Our range of cookies is extensive and fall into 3 main categories namely the Sugee range, Cookie range and the Traditional Asian range.
   
   In total, we have 21 different types of cookies inclusive of new variants such as our Hazelnut Blackcurrant and the Chocolate Almond. Watch this space as we continue to expand our product range.

2. Why are your cookies unique?
   Our product range particularly our Sugee and Traditional Asian range are without direct competitiors in terms of both taste and its quality.




3. Which are your best selling items?
   All of our products are exceptional. However, of our sugee range, the Almond Sugee, Macadamia Sugee and Espresso Sugee have received overwhelming response.
   
   Of the cookie range, we are most proud of the following i.e. the Cornflake Raisin, Oat Raisin, Cashew Nut, Cereal Almond and the newest addition to our poirtfolio, Hazelnut Blackcurrant.
   
   The stars for our more traditional Asian cookie range are without a doubt, our Royale Peanut, Fiouram and the Pineapple Tart.

4. What is the shelf life of your products?
   The shelf life of our products is between 9 to 12 months.




5. Where are your product ingredients from?
   Our ingredients are fully imported from Australia and Europe. And by the way, we use no artificial flavouring in our products.



6. Are the cookies Halal?
   Yes indeed. All our cookies are certified Halal by the Islamic Development Department of Malaysia and conform to the strictest requirements of Islamic standards.

1. What are some of your packaging options?
   We have a range of packaging options suitable for both retail sale and distribution as well as for the festive seasons such as Hari Raya and Chinese New Year.

Private Label / OEM capabilities

1. Will your Company package its products under a brand name and in packaging of our choice?
   Certainly! In fact, most of client prefer this option. We work closely with our clients in advising on the best type of packaging for our various products.

Direct Sales

1. Do you entertain enquiries from Direct Sellers particularly for the festive season?
   We certainly do. In fact, during the festive season we work with many Direct Sellers who purchase our products.




2. Do you supply your products for Corporate functions or special occasions?
   Yes we do. Just tell us when and where.

Miscellaneous

1. What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for export?
   For export, the MOQ is one 20-foot container. That would be approximately 650 cartons of cookies, each carton containing 24 boxes of 200gm cookies.
   
   Your selection cookies can be mixed so long as the sum of all the variants amount to fill one container.




2. What is the lead time for delivery during peak and non-peak seasons?
   Typically, the lead time is from 21 days (off-peak season) to 49 days (peak season).
